Eagle Lakes Road and the Fordyce as a Snow Wheeling Center

I am looking for people who want to collaborate on making Eagle Lakes Road a Snow Wheeling Center.  There has been a suggestion for a "short course" track on my property (Stone Bear Cabins) and weekend Snow Wheeling events.  I am looking to work with anyone in the local Wheeling community who is willing to have this discussion with me.  I will be lobbying for designating ELR a legal green sticker roadway with a Nevada County proclamation and ordinance so that access to the Fordyce Trail on ELR is secured.  I will also not be plowing the road this year and there will be no conflicts between my access and 4Wheelers.  

I am also looking for any locals who want to make money giving tours and shuttling in guest who do not have vehicles that can make the trip and producing Snow Wheeling events to generate revenue.
